Shipping.
Neora will process your order for shipping upon clearance of payment. Neora utilizes USPS Ground Advantage for order shipments, unless expedited shipping is requested. Most shipments in the US can be expected to arrive within 4-6 business days of order shipment. Customer orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the continental United States, could take 7-10 business days. USPS can ship to PO Boxes, rural addresses, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within a 7-10 business day period. Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipment notification email providing the carrier used and the tracking number of the shipment.
Damaged Goods.
The shipping company is responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping; therefore, it is important that the damage is reported promptly to allow Neora to file a claim with the shipper. Please contact support@buyneora.com to report receipt of damage goods (you may upload supporting documentation with your report such as photos of the damaged product or boxes) and arrange for a replacement order to be shipped.
Return Procedure.

You will need to return the product and original invoice to Neora and must contact us at support@buyneora.com or 844-920-1918 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA Number is valid for ten (10) business days. The RMA Number must be written on the outside of the return shipping box. Your refund will be processed within ten (10) business days following the receipt of an authorized return. All refunds will be in U.S. Dollars. Any packages returned without an RMA, may result in the refund being delayed or refused.
